Tupac Amaru Shakur was born on June 16,1971 to his mother Afeni Shakur. While growing up Tupac was nicknamed the "Black Prince" because he was the child of to Black Panther members, which was a gang of blacks to help fight for black rights. Growing up Tupac never knew his father and that made him have a lot harder of a life growing up with only a crack headed mother who could barley support her self let alone two children. When Tupac turned fifteen his family moved him out to Baltimore where he fell into rapping. Around the age of fifteen and sixteen he enrolled himself in the Illustrious Baltimore School of Arts, where he studied acting and ballet with white and finally he felt "in touch" with himself. In the late eighties Tupac teamed up with the rap group Digital Underground. In 1992 Tupac career really took off when he broke free from Digital Underground and made his solo debut with the cd 2pacalypse now. Also in 1992 he played in the movie juice as a gangster in a high school. In 1993 Tupac released the album Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z, an album that help Tupac cross over to the pop charts. In 1994 Tupac was shot five times in a recording studio in New York. After he recovered he spent time in jail and when he got out he signed with Deathrow Records to produce the CD's Me Against The World, All Eyez on Me, Better Dayz, and Makaveli. In 1996 coming back from a boxing match Tupac was shoot six times while he was sitting at a red light. Tupac was rushed to the hospital and he survived for around a week and past away from cardiac arrest, and repertory failure. Tupac pasted away on September 13, 1996 at 4:03pm his mother was the one to identify the body.
